We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly R. LeGrand Weiner, Esq. to Managing Attorney. During her tenure with the firm, Kelly has been instrumental in the development of the business immigration and investor visa side of the practice. In her new role, Kelly will manage a group of attorneys and support staff as well as oversee client relations, firm strategy and the expansion of the business plan drafting line of business. To this end, Kelly recently completed (with honors) an intensive Harvard Business School program that focused on finance and business strategy.
We are also pleased to announce that Amir Rasoulpour, Esq. will join Scott Legal P.C. as a full-time Associate in our New York office. Amir comes to us with an extensive immigration background and will focus primarily on business law and investor visas. He will also work to expand the waiver and family based immigration side of the practice.
Finally, we are also pleased to announce that Stephanie M. Mendez, will join Scott Legal P.C. as a Legal Assistant in our New York.
