TN Visa Approval With USCIS

We just received an approval from USCIS on a change of status petition from B-2 to TN for a Canadian national. The applicant was granted TN status until January 2022 under the lawyer category. If a Canadian national is in the U.S. on a visitor visa and would like to work, one option is to apply for a change of status with USCIS to a TN Visa.
