    Hi Scott,

I am a Canadian citizen who holds LLB and LLM degrees from UK and USA. Very recently, I interviewed with a financial institution based in California for the position of AML/SAR investigator and I think that I am going to be offered by them. But, one major issue is whether or not I am eligible for a TN Visa status under the category of lawyer. They aim to hire only law graduates because of the specific job responsibilities. Do you think that AML/SAR investigator qualifies for the aforementioned category? And if they decide to hire me as one of their legal team members, does it make any difference?

Thank you so much for your prompt attention!!!!!!!
