We just had a Canadian TN approval at Peace Bridge, a port of entry between Ontario and New York. The applicant was granted the visa for 3 years under the lawyer category. TN applications for Canadian nationals can be adjudicated at a port of entry; Mexican nationals applying for TN visas must do so at a U.S. Consulate or U.S. Embassy. It is recommended to call the port of entry in advance of applying given the current situation with COVID-19.
