We just had a National Interest Exception Application approved by the CBP office at Atlanta International Airport. The approval was for an E-2 visa investor who runs an E-2 company in New York and E-2 spouse. The CBP office approved the NIE on the same day it was submitted. Please see more about the National Interest Exception when you click here. Various travelers can apply for the National Interest exception (such B-1 visitorsE-1 treaty traders, or E-2 investors).
